Welcome to TryItOn ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TryItOn website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

TryItOn is a USA-based service operated by us to provide AI-powered virtual try-on experiences for apparel and accessories. We intend to operate globally, so please note that local laws may apply to you as a consumer. We may update these Terms from time to time (see Section 12 on Changes to Terms), and continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of any revised Terms.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase credits or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

For clarity in these Terms, we use the following definitions:

• "Service" – The TryItOn website, mobile application, and related services that allow users to upload photos and experience AI-powered virtual try-on.
• "User" (or "you") – Any individual accessing or using the Service. This includes both anonymous users and, in the future, registered account holders.
• "Content" – All material and information on the Service. This includes User Content and Service Content.
• "User Content" – Any content that you provide or upload to the Service, such as photographs of yourself or clothing items, descriptions, or other data submitted for virtual try-on.
• "Service Content" – All content provided by us through the Service (other than User Content), including AI-generated virtual try-on results, text, images, software, and other materials or information on the platform.
• "Results" – The AI-generated output we provide to you when you use the Service (for example, virtual try-on images showing you wearing selected items).
• "Credits" – The digital credits or tokens you purchase (via PayPal or other authorized payment methods) and use to request virtual try-ons through the Service. Typically, a certain number of Credits are required per try-on request.

You agree to use TryItOn responsibly and only for its intended purpose. When uploading content and interacting with the Service, you must adhere to the following rules:

• Lawful Purpose Only: You will not use the Service for any illegal or unlawful purposes.
• No Inappropriate Content: You must not upload any content that is violent, sexually explicit, pornographic, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable or offensive.
• Respect Intellectual Property: You will only upload photos and content that you own or have the right to use.
• No Fraud or Misrepresentation: You must not use the Service to engage in any fraudulent activity.
• No Harmful Code or Abuse: You will not attempt to harm or disrupt the Service.
• Proper Use of Results: The Results provided are for your personal informational use.

All Service Content (excluding your User Content) is the property of TryItOn or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service Content for your personal, non-commercial use.

The Service is provided for informational purposes only. TryItOn's AI-generated virtual try-ons are estimates based on the data available. These are not guaranteed to be accurate or reflective of actual product fit. You should not rely solely on TryItOn's Results for important decisions. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TryItOn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TryItOn from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your User Content. If you breach these Terms and that causes us to face claims from others, you will compensate us for those losses.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA. You and we both agree that the courts of USA shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

These Terms apply from the moment you first use the Service. You are free to stop using TryItOn at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease, and we may delete your User Content.

We may revise or update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by posting a notice on our website or app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TryItOn regarding the Service.

Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
